There are cutting blades on all three sides of the loading box in steel baler so that oversized sheets and sections can be handled with ease. Our steel balers are built for speed, with hard-wear plates in the bale box, a return-line filter which reduces wear and tear on hydraulic components. The combined features of MB metal baler result in a low-cost, reliable and effective machine.

1. All of our steel baler’s models choose hydraulic driving, it could choose manual operation or PLC operation.
2. Discharging mode of our steel balers could choose Turn-out type, Forward-out type, Push-out type, or by Take-out type.
3. It isn’t necessary to install with foundation bolt. If power isn’t available, diesel engine could be choosing.
4. Main cylinder extrusion force is from 63 tons to 400 tons. Productivity is from 4 tons -40 tons each shift.
5. Baling machine box size and bale size could be designed and made according to the customers’ requirements.
