Balewell briquetting press is widely applied to compress metal sawdust (steel,cast iron,aluminum & copper) into cylindrical briquets of high density to reduce burning loss in smelting,to make recycling & smelting easy & convenient. Cast iron sawdust, after pressed into briquets,can subsititue pig iron as raw materials.

Cast iron powder, high grade of ductile cast iron, alloy, steel, copper and other metal filings can be cold pressed to cylindrical by BPV-Series metal briquetting press, with density of 5.5~6ton/m3 (Adhesive is not used) and production of 8~20 tons in every shift.
