On February 13, 2024, Balewell held an annual commissioning technical staff meeting in Shanghai Loudong Hotel. About 280 people from Balewell Group Chairman Mr. Bei, Haiyang, general manager of each branch company, commissioning staff of various professional companies, technicians, and quality inspection directors of regional companies attended the meeting.
The first group discussions were Metal Baler Group, Metal Shear Group, Briquette Press Group, Vertical & Horizontal Baler Group. In each conference room, the commissioning engineer put forward a lot of improvements to our equipment. In the wonderful interactive session, the commissioning and technical staff answered questions about their respective projects and products, and multiple commissioners and staff raised practical questions about unreasonable details encountered in actual work, and also proposed some humanized operation designs Suggestions for changes, the technical team also provided detailed answers. Through the exchange and learning of typical successful and failed debugging cases in each branch, everyone can better provide a full range of services for Balewell users in 2024.
According to market changes and the requirements of the company’s board of directors, 2024 is defined as the quality year for Balewell. For this reason, Chairman He specially made the following job requirements for the majority of commissioning and technical staff, and especially encouraged young staff to learn more, communicate more, and grow as quickly as possible. The work is summarized as follows:
(1) Encourage debugging technicians to learn more;
(2) Reform the existing assessment system, no longer rely on seniority and qualifications as the basis for assessment, and change to project assessment and ability assessment;
(3) Refining and strengthening products, and maximizing user experience;
(4) 2024 is the year of quality, which will comprehensively improve product quality and grade. Debugging technicians must fully feedback the user experience and improve from the customer’s perspective;
(5) In the face of risks in the current market, remind and require debugging technicians to find problems from themselves, continuously improve themselves, and avoid risks.
The 2024 Balewell Mechanical Commissioning Technician Conference has been successfully concluded. For debugging technicians, this is a passion, an attitude, a persistence, and a belief. Today, Balewell has a lot of money, and with such a positive team, we have no reason to not give it all!
